Hundreds of enterprises in Quang Ngai owe social insurance, some units owe 158 months

Quang Ngai currently has over 55,000 workers working in industrial parks and enterprises in the province.

According to the public list of social insurance (social insurance) debt units, health insurance (health insurance), unemployment insurance (unemployment insurance) of Quang Ngai Provincial Social Insurance - currently the whole province has about 610 units that are slow to pay social insurance, with the total amount of more than 280 billion VND, making it difficult for the process of settling sick, maternity and retirement regimes for workers. The reason is that the general situation of the economy, greatly affecting employment, income of businesses and workers. At the same time, this also affects the collection and increases the amount of slow payment.

Meanwhile, the handling of late social insurance payments for businesses with difficulty collecting ( breakdown, dissolution, absconding owners, etc.) has not yet had specific regulations or instructions from the law.

Many units have been slow to pay social insurance for many years such as: Licogi Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company is late to pay 66 months, the total amount of late payment of social insurance is over 7.8 billion dong; Quang Ngai Tea Forestry Co., Ltd. is slow to pay social insurance for 70 months with a total late payment of over VND 567 million; Viet Linh One Member Limited Company is slow to pay social insurance for 144 months with the total amount of slow payment of over VND 219 million; Khanh Nguyen Construction Co., Ltd is slow to pay social insurance for 158 months with a total amount of slow payment of over 413 million VND.

Hoang Uy Trading & XD Company Limited was late in paying for 130 months with a total late payment of over VND455 million; Dai Nguyen Trading & Service Joint Stock Company was late in paying social insurance for 86 months with a total late payment of over VND346 million; Lilama Joint Stock Company was late in paying for 39 months with a total late payment of over VND8.2 billion.

The Northern Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company branch in Quang Ngai was late in paying for 67 months with a total late payment of over VND 685 million; Dung Quat College of Economics and Technology Company Limited was late in paying for 103 months with a total amount of over VND 1 billion.
