Haivina Hong Linh pays 100% of the ticket price to attract workers to "return home"
Ha Tinh - Haivina Hong Linh Company Limited has implemented a special support package, paying all train and bus costs for workers returning to their hometowns to work.
On December 6, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that Haivina Hong Linh Company Limited has just implemented a travel cost support package with high incentives to attract workers in provinces and cities to return to their hometowns to work.
According to the new policy, employees who submit documents and work officially will be paid 100% for train and bus tickets; in case of taking a plane, they will be supported with the same ticket price as the bus ticket price for the same route.
In addition to the "returning home" policy, workers also enjoy full insurance benefits, periodic health check-ups, travel allowances, housing, seniority, childcare, lunch support, monthly and quarterly bonuses and shuttle buses along the route, with an income of 7 million VND/month.
Ms. Vo Thi Tam - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union said that the enterprise currently has 1,300 employees and is recruiting 1,000 more people to expand production. The company has proposed that all levels and sectors support the construction of kindergartens for workers' children - a category expected to help workers, especially female workers, feel secure in staying long-term.
