HCMC - Nissei Electric Vietnam Company has the number of days off for employees in the year of 96 days, 33 days more than the regulation.
Information from the Nissei Electric Vietnam Company Trade Union on December 16 said that in the period of 2023 - 2025, the company's trade union has regularly had periodic dialogues with businesses, organizing at least once a month to ensure the rights of employees.
In particular, the company has ensured the lowest salary of VND 5,932,000, 20% higher than the regional minimum wage as prescribed, the average salary of employees is over VND 8.31 million/month, the average Tet bonus of 2 months' salary under labor contracts, the highest is 2.2 months' salary and the lowest is 1.8 months' salary, the average bonus is VND 18 million/person.
In particular, the number of days off for employees in the year is 96 days, more than the regulation of 33 days off/year, in the month employees are entitled to at least 2 days off on Saturdays. The average number of Saturdays off is 2.6 days/month, of which many months have 4 Saturdays off. The average number of working days is 22.4 days/month, equivalent to 41.38 working hours/week.
