Enterprises worry about the cost of sending workers back to their hometowns to work
Ha Tinh - Haivina Hong Linh has implemented partial or full support for train, bus and plane ticket costs, helping workers reduce their burden when returning to work.
On December 11, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor announced that in order to accompany workers and laborers who wish to return to their hometown to work long-term, on December 10, the Haivina Hong Linh Company Trade Union announced the implementation of a program to support train, car and plane tickets for eligible cases.
The program helps reduce travel costs, creating conditions for workers to start a new job in their hometown, stabilize their income and have time to take care of their families.
Accordingly, workers who want to return to their hometown to start a business and work in Haivina Hong Linh will be supported with part or all of the ticket costs. Documents and procedures are simplified to create maximum convenience.
Haivina hopes that the program will become a practical source of encouragement, helping workers feel more secure on their journey back to their hometown, starting a new job in a favorable mood.
