Conditions for standing militia to be considered for the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level
Every year, the Standing militia is considered for the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level if they meet the prescribed conditions.
Article 11 of Circular 93/2024/TT-BQP stipulates:
Title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level":
Considered annual awards to individuals of the standing militia and mobile militia who meet the standards prescribed in Article 23 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
Thus, in comparison with the provisions of Article 23 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the standing militia will be considered for the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level when meeting the following standards:
- Meet the standards for the title of "Advanced Worker" or "Advanced Soldier";
- excellently completing tasks or having initiatives recognized by the grassroots or having scientific topics, scientific projects, scientific and technological works that have been accepted or advised, created in combat, combat service recognized by the unit.
