Hue Textile and Garment Department rewards workers with 2 months' salary and 20% of February 2026 salary

On December 27, the Trade Union of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company (Huegatex) said that in order to encourage the spirit of employees after completing their production and business tasks in 2025, the company's Board of Directors decided to pay an additional 2 months' salary and 20% of February 2026 salary to employees.

According to the plan, the first phase will pay 1 month's salary on December 31, 2025 to employees present at the company until December 25, 2025, the payment level is based on the average salary of 11 months in 2025. Employees who are on probation, vocational training, or vocational training at the above time will be supported with 500,000 VND/person.

Round 2 of paying 1 month's salary on February 5, 2026 to employees working until January 31, 2026, calculated according to the average salary of 12 months in 2025. The group of workers who are on probation, vocational training, and vocational training will continue to receive a support level of VND500,000/person. In case the spending level is lower than 1 million VND/person, the company will add 1 million VND/person.

In addition, on March 10, 2026, Huegatex will pay an additional 20% of February 2026 salary to employees, including probationary and apprenticeship workers, based on the results of performing tasks in the month.

According to the company's Trade Union, this is a policy to encourage employees to stick with and make efforts in production, with the message: "Go to work with rewards" "come home with Tet " Long-term commitment with Huegatex".
