Evaluating the results of experts' task implementation
Decree 249/2025/ND-CP stipulates mechanisms and policies to attract experts in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
In particular, Article 7 of Decree 249 clearly stipulates the content of the Assessment of the results of performing the task of experts. This is also the basis for agencies, organizations, and units that need to select experts to implement policies and regimes or terminate labor contracts for experts.
Article 7. Evaluating the results of experts' task implementation
1. The evaluation of the results of the implementation of the task of experts is assigned by the agency, organization, or unit to preside over the implementation of the program, task, science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation projects and is carried out periodically every year or after each task implementation stage.
2. Evaluation criteria:
a) Progress of implementation of tasks under labor contracts;
b) quantity and quality of output products under labor contracts;
c) Proposal, initiative, application of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation;
d) Capacity to coordinate, connect, and handle problems arising in the process of implementing tasks;
d) sense of responsibility, dedication, and coordination in work.
3. The evaluation results are used as a basis for agencies, organizations, and units that need to select experts to implement policies and regimes or terminate labor contracts for experts.
