The Government has just issued Decree 238/2025/ND-CP on tuition policy, tuition exemption, tuition support, learning costs and service prices in education and training (effective from September 3, 2025).
This decree stipulates that subjects eligible for a 50% tuition reduction include: students in vocational training institutions, higher education institutions whose father or mother has a work accident or a vocational disease and are entitled to regular allowances.
