Training expenditure for Commanders of the Commune-level Military Command of the grassroots military sector

Article 37 of the 2019 Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces stipulates:

Spending tasks of the Ministry of National Defense

1. Labor day allowances, food allowances and expenses for the activities of the Militia when performing tasks according to the decision of the Minister of National Defense and the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; plans of the Military Region Commander and the Military Commander approved by the Minister of National Defense and the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.

2. Develop and implement military strategy, project, project, plan, and scientific research on the Militia and Self-Defense Forces.

3. Information and propaganda on the Militia and Self-Defense Forces; activities to celebrate the traditional day of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces organized by the Ministry of National Defense, agencies and units of the Vietnam People's Army.

4. Organize military training, fostering, coaching, competitions, sports festivals, drills and activities of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces organized by the Ministry of National Defense, agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense, except for the Hanoi Capital Command.

5. Training for Commanders of Commune-level Military Commands of the grassroots military sector.
