Khanh Hoa Social Insurance stops receiving paperwork on Saturday

On September 24, information from Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance said that this agency has just announced the suspension of organizing the reception of paperwork on Saturday morning at Social Insurance agencies.

Previously, implementing the policy of Vietnam Social Security, Khanh Hoa carried out the work of receiving administrative procedure handling documents every Saturday morning at the head office and grassroots social insurance.

Thereby, it has met the needs of handling administrative procedures of organizations and individuals participating in and enjoying insurance policies in the province.

However, through reviewing and assessing the situation of organizing the reception of administrative procedure records every Saturday morning at the Social Insurance agency, it shows that the practical need for people to come to the headquarters to submit documents directly is not much, the average rate of records received is very low.

To save on arranging human resources to work every Saturday morning, meeting the requirements of administrative reform, Khanh Hoa Social Insurance has stopped receiving paperwork on the morning of every Saturday at its headquarters and facilities from October 1, 2025.

Organizations and individuals conduct electronic transactions to resolve administrative procedures in the fields of Social Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Health Insurance on the Vietnam Social Insurance Public Service Portal and on the National Public Service Portal.

Or send the application and receive the results through the public postal service. Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance continues to maintain and receive and return administrative procedure results at the One-stop Department on working days from Monday to Friday every week.
