50-year journey of development and maturity

The country was unified, the Vietnamese revolution turned to a new stage, the task of protecting security and order sets very heavy and complicated requirements; Inheriting and promoting the heroic tradition, the police force, the fixed asset continues to make excellent merits, participating in many big projects, capturing alive and destroying hundreds of reactionaries conspiracy against the revolutionary government; At the same time, together with the people of the whole country participated in the two resistance wars to protect the Fatherland in the northern border and the southwest, firmly defending the national independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the country.
Entering the renovation period, the fixed asset forces continued to be paid attention to by the Party, the State, the Central Police Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security's leadership, and taken care of and built comprehensive politics, ideology and organization.
Up to now, the CSCD force has been arranged and consolidated in a concentrated, in-depth, and unified direction from the central to local levels, ensuring streamlining, compactness, and strength as the core on the front line of the fight against crime, ensuring social order and safety.
On the 50-year journey of building, fighting and growing, the CSCD force has achieved many outstanding feats, being awarded 3 Ho Chi Minh Medals by the Party and State; 6 Military Orders; 1 Labor Order; 14 Fatherland Protection Orders; 22 War Medals; 11 collectives and 16 individuals were awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces, thousands of collectives and tens of thousands of individuals were awarded many other noble awards.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Traditional Day (April 15, 1974 - April 15, 2024), the CSCD Command was honored to receive the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces for the second time.
Firmly protecting national security
At the 50th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the CSCD Forces, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: The CSCD Forces are an important component of the heroic Vietnam People's Public Security; an important revolutionary armed force trusted by the Party and State to carry out armed measures to protect national security, maintain social order and safety.
According to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the CSCD force is increasingly mature, comprehensively strong, in all aspects; is a shock force, leading, participating in the most dangerous and difficult places, directly fighting dangerous crimes; promptly preventing and suppressing activities that cause disorder and riots; protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety. Currently, Vietnam is considered a country that maintains political stability, social order and safety, proactiveness, and active, deep, substantial, and effective international integration.
Those successes have important contributions from the heroic Vietnam People's Public Security force, including the Mobile Police force in particular.
