Mr. Tran Quang Hai, an operator at Thien Y Ha Noi Environmental Energy Joint Stock Company, was awarded the title of " good worker of the Capital" in 2025 for his outstanding contributions to operations, maintenance of equipment safety and proposal of cost-saving solutions for businesses.

Mr. Hai is recognized as a person with " many initiatives in production labor, good sense of organization and discipline, contributing to building a safe and effective working environment". Having worked in this field for many years, Mr. Hai realized that this job not only requires technical knowledge but also requires a high sense of responsibility.

It is from the actual working process that Mr. Hai accumulates a lot of experience and constantly learns to improve his skills. That was also the basis for Mr. Hai to ask questions and, together with the operating team, propose a number of initiatives to help save costs for the factory, ensuring all emission parameters into the environment within the allowable threshold.

In 2023, Mr. Tran Quang Hai was recognized by the Company as an "Advanced Person". In 2024, he continued to be honored as "Outstanding employee". His initiatives have been effectively applied, contributing to saving maintenance costs, reducing energy consumption, and maintaining stable operations for the factory.

Mr. Tran Quang Hai is also one of the people trusted by the Company's Trade Union to guide and disseminate knowledge to new employees. Thanks to practical experience, he has an easy-to-understand way of communicating, going directly into specific situations so that his colleagues can easily absorb it.

Sharing about his future orientation, Mr. Hai said that he will continue to pursue his current job, while taking extra classes to improve his professional qualifications. "Environmental technology is constantly changing, we have to learn to not fall behind. I hope to be able to do bigger topics in the future, improve more deeply in terms of technology and machine operation," Mr. Hai shared.
