In the period before 2020 (2015 - 2019), TKV has strongly applied scientific and technological advances to production practice, overcoming all challenges, sustainable development, becoming one of the three pillars of national energy security.

During this period, the output of exploited raw coal reached 188.0 million tons, an average of 37.6 million tons/year; clean coal was produced at 185.7 million tons, an average of 37.1 million tons/year.

The successes achieved by TKV in the above production and business fields are closely linked by the innovation and development of technical and technological activities.
