Where there are many women holding leadership positions

The company has more than 120 employees, of which 43 are female union members. Notable in the emulation movements organized by the Trade Union of Vinh Ha Food Processing and Construction Joint Stock Company (under the Trade Union of Northern Food Corporation) is the movement of Good at public work, Good at housework.

This movement is one of the factors that promote the efforts of female cadres, workers and laborers.

The "Hai ban" movement in Vinh Ha is associated with the practice of production and business. From initiatives in management, technical improvement, improving labor productivity, to proactive learning and professional development, the women have directly contributed to the sustainable growth of the Company.

The image of female union officials who are both enthusiastic about working and skillful in taking care of their families has become a source of pride, spreading a sense of responsibility and dedication throughout the Company. Not stopping there, the Trade Union also creates a cohesive environment, caring for the spiritual life of workers.

Women's activities, activities to celebrate International Women's Day, Vietnamese Women's Day, and the movement to build "Warm, progressive, happy, and civilized families" have become their own cultural features. Many union members' families were commended for their exemplary role, and their children of workers and employees continuously achieved excellent academic results. That is the result of the harmonious coordination between work and life of the women.

With the support of the grassroots Trade Union and the Company's leaders, the collective of female workers, civil servants, and laborers of Vinh Ha Company is continuing to affirm itself as both good and creative workers in production and a solid support in the family, contributing to building the image of women in the new era - dynamic, intelligent, and rich in courage.
