Mr. Nguyen Van Tron (born in 1982), Chairman of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (in Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa), is known as a typical trade union cadre, outstanding in workers' movements and activities. As the Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of an FDI enterprise with the largest number of workers in Thanh Hoa province (nearly 22,000 people), he always tries his best to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Together with the company's Trade Union Executive Board, Mr. Tron has organized the work of propagating, disseminating laws, developing union members; developing an annual key work program; supplementing and perfecting the operating regulations of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Inspection Committee, ensuring compliance with reality. At the same time, he also participated in developing coordination regulations between the Trade Union and the Board of Directors; supplemented beneficial provisions in collective labor agreements and company rules, contributing to protecting workers' rights.

In work as well as life, I always identify the most important task as taking care of workers, while also being a bridge between workers and employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise Mr. Tron shared.

As Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, Mr. Tron and the Executive Committee have implemented many meaningful models and movements, receiving positive responses from workers. Typical examples include: the "Union members and workers learn foreign languages" movement; the model "Promoting initiatives and improving techniques among workers"; "Three-way group of pregnant women and raising young children"; the model "3V - For workers, for the Trade Union organization and for the development of enterprises"... Many of these initiatives have brought practical benefits, highly appreciated by enterprise leaders, and commended and rewarded by the higher-level Trade Union.

Not only devoted to work, Mr. Nguyen Van Tron is also a simple, harmonious person who is close to workers. He always complies with the assignment of the organization, seriously implements the Party's policies and laws of the State; actively fights against negative and wrong manifestations.

I myself am always exemplary in social and charity activities; actively propagate and mobilize union members and workers to participate in supporting the Fund; Support union members; donate to help workers' families facing difficulties due to natural disasters, fires, and diseases. In recent years, the company's Trade Union has mobilized billions of VND, helping hundreds of cases improve their lives" - Mr. Tron said.

With persistent and dedicated contributions, Mr. Nguyen Van Tron is truly a trustworthy "leader", steering the Trade Union organization of the company with the largest number of workers in Thanh Hoa province to overcome many challenges and develop strongly.
