Results of the movement "Good at public affairs, good at home affairs" of the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union

According to the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union (VTC), in recent years, the VTC has launched and implemented emulation movements among female workers and civil servants (CNVCLD) in accordance with the actual situation of agencies, units and enterprises in the industry.

Trade unions at all levels have concretized the emulation movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" associated with the implementation of "Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", organizing emulation movements "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", "Safe for women and children".

From the emulation movement, the units have had many outstanding and outstanding achievements.

At the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Trade Union, the content of "Good at public work" has been concretized in the movements "VNPT Smiles", "VNPT Creativity", "Customer is the most beloved person", " Contributing good ideas, joining hands to improve quality", "Conversion in the digital era"...

At the Vietnam Post Corporation Trade Union, many specific movements for female employees have been implemented such as the "Safe for women and children" movement, the "Accompanying women on the border" response movement, "Giving gifts to outstanding female employees of Vietnam Post Office to overcome difficulties - Flowers on the sand", organizing the photo contest "Beauty of Vietnam Post Office Women" ...

Through emulation movements, the awareness of female employees has changed significantly, creating motivation for female employees to strive to rise up, complete their tasks well at the agency and unit, and at the same time excellently perform civil service as wives, mothers, and building happy families.

Every year, over 94% of female employees are recognized with the title of "Good at public affairs, good at housework", many female collectives and individuals are commended by the Party, the State, professional levels and trade unions; the "Good workers, creative workers" movement always attracts many female employees to participate. In the period of 2020 - 2025, there will be thousands of initiatives with female chairs and participants, accounting for over 25%. In particular, the initiatives of female employees are recognized and applied in practice and are highly appreciated by the unit's leaders, with the profit amount reaching hundreds of billions of VND.

The results of the movement show the qualifications, capacity and great contributions of female employees to the development of agencies, units, enterprises, the Science and Technology industry and the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union in the cause of national renewal, while building the image of a modern, confident, and creative woman.
