At the company in 2012, since the construction of Dong Van 2 Fiber Factory, Mr. Tien was assigned the main task of installing machinery, especially the Fiber sub-phase and pipeline sections. After the factory came into operation, Mr. Tien switched to overtime electrical repair. In 2015, he returned to administration, taking on the management of repairs, mainly on the sub-fiber and pipeline stages.
Since September 2017, Mr. Tien has been assigned the task of electrical and electronic repair in the factory. Throughout his working process, Mr. Tien has always researched and researched to come up with the most effective innovative solutions for production. One of those initiatives is to install more variants of the raw brush.
During the work, Mr. Tien noticed that the large engine families of the crude brush have a large start moment and are starting using the Sao-Trinational startler; along with that, when changing technology, the motor shaft cranes must be replaced. Mr. Tien researched and found that changing the frequency will make the engine start more soft to minimize equipment damage.
This initiative makes technology replacement easier and more convenient with the adjustment of engine speed by constant speed; helping to improve electricity quality. This initiative has great value because compared to investing with the company, it reduces 1,261,500,000 VND and saves 122,000,000 VND in electricity bills per year.

Mr. Tien shared that being in the ranks of the Party has long been a dream, so he persevered in striving both at work and in life. The house is 20km from the factory, Mr. Tien's means of transportation to work is a motorbike. Now I work under office hours, but before, I worked the night shift. Although it is difficult, he still persists in pursuing goals, always paying attention to learning, exploring to come up with solutions and creativity. Above all, he constantly improves himself and is always a leader. In every work he assigns responsibility as a party member to strive to do better.
