The work of discovering and replicating advanced models in the Vietnamese Textile and Garment industry
One factor for the emulation movement organized by the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union to attract workers to respond is the work of discovering and replicating typical advanced examples.
From 2020 - 2025, the entire Vietnam Textile and Garment system has 25,478 ideas, initiatives, and solutions, bringing in a profit of nearly 500 billion VND. Through the movement, many " initiative trees" and many "good workers" were discovered, nurtured, and built as typical examples. There are many good methods and good practices spread; many breakthrough solutions in technology, automation, new products... are transferred and replicated.
To achieve this result, the work of detecting, building, and replicating advanced models has been systematically deployed throughout the system.
The discovery, development and replication of advanced models are carried out through activities such as promoting typical examples on communication channels; organizing conferences to commend and select individuals with continuous achievements to foster development and introduce rewards at higher levels; organizing sightseeing, learning, and experience sharing activities.
Some typical advanced collectives and individuals have influence and spread throughout the industry such as: Garment Corporation 10 - JSC, Hue Textile Joint Stock Company.
Individuals include Mr. Nguyen Tien Hau - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company who received the Nguyen Van Linh Award, an advanced example of Learning to follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology and morality.

From timely detection and reward, a healthy and positive emulation environment has been formed; creating motivation for emulation to become a regular and permanent activity in each collective and individual, contributing to the completion of the political tasks of each enterprise and the entire industry.
