The Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union in Binh Duong commends outstanding workers

Binh Duong - On April 25, the Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union held a conference to commend advanced models among workers in the period of 2020 - 2025.

Attending the program were Ms. Ong Thuy Hoang Mai - Vice President of the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Chairman of the Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union, and representatives of enterprises and trade unions in 8 industrial parks (IPs) in Ben Cat city.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh said that in the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement and reward work have had many positive changes. The Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union has proactively innovated emulation and reward work to create many emulation movements with diverse forms, in line with the reality of each enterprise.

Many emulation movements have a wide-reaching influence, truly entering the lives of workers, becoming a widespread mass movement. Many advanced models were honored and rewarded.

Thanks to that, it has created the strength to attract and gather a large number of union members in enterprises, creating the strength to overcome difficulties and rise up; contributing to making important achievements in the workers' movement and trade union activities. Accompanying businesses, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the locality.

Also at the program, the Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union launched Workers' Month, Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025. In which, it is recommended that grassroots unions focus on activities to protect the rights and interests of union members. At the same time, take care of disadvantaged workers and especially those in especially difficult cases.
