Mr. Lai The Phuc (a security guard in the production area, member of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS), Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Chutex International Company Limited, Di An City), is one of the party members who are admired and loved by workers in the company. Mr. Phuc was introduced and officially admitted to the party in 2021.

During his work, Mr. Phuc was evaluated by his colleagues as a responsible, dynamic, creative, and flexible person in performing tasks; providing solutions that the company agreed to implement, bringing economic efficiency.

Mr. Phuc has the initiative to coordinate with warehouse management to directly count, supervise import and export goods for processing, check import and export documents, new import and export accuracy papers, thereby minimizing loss of goods of the company.

Mr. Phuc observed and noticed the safety risks when employees take turns working. That is the time when the factory stops operating so that workers can work day shifts and leave, and night shifts. At this time, the factory was not safe. Mr. Phuc suggested that units coordinate to protect the outer ring, regularly patrol areas prone to fire and explosion, thereby ensuring the safety of the factory.

According to the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor, during his work at the company, Mr. Phuc and his colleagues implemented innovation ideas to help the company not lose goods, increase productivity, and bring high efficiency.

Building employees' trust in the trade union organization

Not only completing his work tasks well, Mr. Phuc is also a person who actively participates in trade union activities. He always improves skills and knowledge of union work for Executive Committee members and union team leaders.

He built connections and solidarity between teams, departments and employees in the company. Organizing a team of union officials is a place to convey union information as well as a place to receive contributions and questions from employees in a timely manner to the company's Union Executive Committee. Thereby, increasingly creating trust among employees in the Trade Union organization.

Mr. Phuc regularly pays attention to developing union members, continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation to attract workers to the trade union organization. Up to now, 100% of the company's employees have joined the grassroots trade union, achieving both quantity and quality. With that striving, in recent years, the grassroots trade union has always been classified as strong and excellent.

Mr. Phuc and the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union negotiated and successfully signed the Collective Labor Agreement for many years. Bringing benefits to employees and always receiving consensus from the Board of Directors as well as employees throughout the company; jointly participating in implementing solutions to contribute to building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises; advising the Board of Directors of the company to ensure policies for employees such as: signing labor contracts, paying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance at a rate of 100%.

Mr. Phuc also organizes activities to bring a healthy entertainment playground to workers; cares about, visits and encourages cadres, workers and their families in times of illness, disease...
