Young workers in Ho Chi Minh City clean up trash, spreading environmental protection actions

On June 28, the Binh Duong Youth Activity Center organized a launching ceremony to protect the environment in response to the emulation movement "All people join hands to protect the environment for a green, clean, and beautiful Vietnam".

Participating in the program were Mr. Do Van Phung - Director of Binh Duong Youth Activity Center, along with more than 100 union members and young workers in northern Ho Chi Minh City.

At the program, the organizing committee awarded prizes for the environmental protection painting contest. The organizing committee donated 7 trash cans to boarding houses in Chanh Phu Hoa ward.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, more than 100 union members and young workers launched a campaign to clean up at My Phuoc 3 industrial park.

Mr. Do Van Phung - Director of Binh Duong Youth Activity Center said that the environment is the foundation for sustainable development, is a decisive factor in the quality of life of each person and the development of the community. Building a green - clean - beautiful environment is not only the responsibility of state management agencies but also the responsibility of each organization, each family and each citizen.

According to Mr. Do Van Phung, through this activity, continue to promote the pioneering and voluntary role of union members and young workers in participating in environmental protection activities. At the same time, promote propaganda and spread beautiful actions, creating a change in the awareness of all classes of people and young workers in industrial parks and boarding houses.

Also on June 28, the Binh Duong Youth Activity Center organized the youth worker family day. At the program, many activities took place such as: talented family contest, badminton exchange, swimming, cooking contest, cultural exchange.
