Japanese company in Binh Duong recruits 1,300 workers
In Binh Duong, a Japanese-invested company is recruiting about 1,300 workers to meet the production needs of the two factories.
The Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (specializing in the production of automobile electrical wires, with more than 7,000 employees, located in Di An ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province) said that the company is recruiting a large number of workers to serve production needs.
Due to many orders, the company needs to recruit about 1,300 workers for two factories in Binh Duong. Recruitment will take place throughout 2025. Labor demand needs to recruit 800 unskilled workers to work at a factory in Di An and recruit 500 unskilled workers to work at a factory in My Phuoc 1 Industrial Park, Ben Cat City.
When officially working at the company, employees are entitled to a basic salary of VND 5,875,000. In addition, there is a rental allowance, travel allowance of VND 662,000, operation allowance of VND 300,000, 450,000 VND for diligence, and support for night shifts of VND 200,000.
The above income does not include overtime pay, overtime on holidays, days off, and Sundays. Overtime pay is calculated according to the provisions of law.
The company ensures the implementation of policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in accordance with regulations. In addition, the company buys occupational accident insurance in the factory, from home to the company, from the company to the home for workers.
Workers will receive free main meals and overtime meals; Salary increase in January every year, and receive a bonus of 1 month for Tet (Lunar calendar).
According to records, this is a business with many policies to take good care of workers in Binh Duong. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, all employees with a working period of 1 year or more will receive 2 months' salary including basic salary and regular allowances. In addition, workers who have not returned to their hometowns for many consecutive years have been given free bus and train tickets by the Binh Duong Provincial Trade Union. The enterprise and the Trade Union organized 5 sleeper buses to take 200 workers back to their hometowns and pick them up back to Binh Duong to work.
