Presenting nearly 240 gifts to union members at the launching ceremony of Workers' Month

Chairwoman of the Chau Thanh District Labor Federation (CLF) Tran Thi Khanh Linh said that in recent times, the Trade Unions at all levels in the district have continued to receive the attention and leadership of Party committees at all levels and the coordination of authorities and employers.

Trade unions at all levels have made many efforts, constantly striving, and being flexible in directing and organizing the implementation of many practical activities, especially a series of activities to care for hundreds of union members and workers through the program: Tet Sum Vay, Workers' Month, Trade Union Shelters to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, natural disasters, fires, and those suffering from serious illnesses...

Thereby, contributing to promoting propaganda and mobilizing cadres, union members and workers to actively study, improve their qualifications, production labor, confidently step into the new era - the era of national growth, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality and the country in the new period.

To achieve key activities and properly implement the theme of 2025, and at the same time make Workers' Month a typical activity of the Trade Union organization, the District Labor Federation recommends that the District Labor Union organizes and effectively implements patriotic emulation movements among union members and employees, especially the emulation movements for Good Workers and Creative Workers. Promote technical innovation initiatives, apply scientific, technical and technological advances in new production.

Organize dialogues, listen to the thoughts and aspirations, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles of union members and workers; supervise the implementation of legal policies, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers...

The grassroots trade unions uphold their sense of responsibility, take advantage of the leadership of the Party Committee, proactively coordinate well with the government and employers to carry out many practical activities. In particular, each Trade Union has at least one activity towards workers, especially workers in difficult circumstances. Must truly demonstrate the role of representing, caring for, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers and always accompany the sustainable development of enterprises.

At the ceremony, a symbolic board of support for the Trade Union Shelter was presented to union member Nguyen Hong Son - a union member of the NT Seafood Joint Stock Company; and nearly 240 gifts were presented to union members in difficult circumstances.

Workers' Month 2025 has the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering in entering a new era", implemented from May 1 to 31, 2025 with many practical activities, focusing on caring for union members and workers.
