Both houses are solidly built with reinforced concrete columns, corrugated iron roofs, and reinforced concrete floors. The total cost of each apartment is over 200 million VND. Of which, the Provincial Trade Union Shelter Fund supported 50 million VND/house, the rest was contributed by the joint efforts of brothers and relatives, helping the houses to be more spacious.
