According to the plan just issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, 1,500 union members and workers working in enterprises that have paid union funds before December 31, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, with hometowns in provinces from Da Nang to the North, will be given air tickets, train tickets, and a gift worth 300,000 VND (in cash) supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to return home to celebrate Binh Ngo 2026 and return to work after Tet.

Of which, there are 300 air tickets (one-way) departing from Tan Son Nhat airport (HCMC) from February 12 to February 16, 2026 (ie December 25 to 29, At Ty 2025) to Noi Bai airport (Hanoi), Vinh (Nghe An province) and Phu Bai (Hue city). Notably, union members and workers who are given tickets for this flight are accompanied by a relative (wife, husband, father, mother, child).

This air ticket will be prioritized for union members and workers who have not returned home for Tet for 3 years or more and meet a number of other conditions.

For 1,200 train tickets (soft seats) of the "2026 Spring Union Train", they will be allocated to union members and workers who have not returned home for Tet for 2 years or more and have met a number of other conditions. The person who is given this train ticket will be able to travel in two directions with no more than three relatives (wife, husband, father, mother, child).

In particular, the afternoon from the South to the North before the Lunar New Year, from February 10 to February 16, 2026 (from December 23 to 29, At Ty 2025). Afternoon from North to South after Lunar New Year, from February 20 to March 1, 2026 (from January 4 to 13, Binh Ngo year).
