More than 1,300 workers in Ho Chi Minh City participate in weekend sports festival

On the evening of December 27, the Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) organized a sports festival to create a joyful atmosphere before the new year 2026.

The sports festival took place right in the company's premises with more than 1,300 foreign workers and experts participating in the tug of war competition.

This is a sports festival that union members and workers are looking forward to and excited to participate in. The company's Trade Union said that the unit had prepared very carefully for the sports festival. Notably, the Trade Union has proposed and was approved by Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cua Tay Aiao Technology Co., Ltd. to pay large bonuses to the participating teams. The first prize team will receive a total prize of 48 million VND, the second prize team will receive a prize worth 23 million VND.

The tournament has 16 participating teams representing the production departments and units in the company. The teams participated in the exciting competition under the enthusiastic support of their colleagues.

As a result of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize with a prize of 48 million VND to the Supply Team, the second prize with a prize of 23 million VND to the Chuyen Treo 1 and 2 teams. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 8 consolation prizes, each team was awarded 9.8 million VND.

After participating in the sports festival, the Trade Union prepared an outdoor party with roasted chicken, sticky rice, bread, fruit and soft drinks for the workers to celebrate.

The sports festival program brought joy to workers after a week of hard work. "Thank you to the Trade Union for organizing a very fun contest for workers. After a week of hard work, we have time to have fun and entertain together. The prize for the first prize team is huge. With this award, my team will go to the festival together and then share this award with the members. Thank you to the union and the company for giving the workers a memorable weekend afternoon" - Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh (worker participating in the tug of war contest) shared.

Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union said that the sports festival is one of the activities for the union to take care of the spiritual life of workers. Through the sports festival, union members and workers have space and time to play together and strengthen solidarity in the enterprise. In addition, with a huge bonus from the company, it also contributes to material encouragement so that employees have more motivation in sports and work.

According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, the Trade Union is continuing to propose that the company organize a year-end program before Tet for employees. At the program, the total suggested prize is 1.5 billion VND. On average, each participating worker will receive a bonus of 600,000 VND, 10 lucky workers will receive a bonus of 15 million VND/person.
