More than 100 workers in Lam Dong compete enthusiastically at the football tournament organized by the trade union

On October 22, Mr. Vo Trung Huy - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dalat Hasfarm Company Limited (Lam Dong province) said that the unit had just organized a Workers' Football Tournament with the participation of many union members and workers.

The tournament was held right at the company's Daron farm, attracting 14 men's teams and 6 women's teams, with more than 100 players and hundreds of fans.

Throughout the tournament, more than 50 dramatic matches took place in an exciting atmosphere, enthusiastically cheering by union members and workers.

This is an activity in a series of events to celebrate the Grassroots Trade Union Congress and the Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, and is also a practical activity to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.

Mr. Vo Trung Huy said that Dalat Hasfarm Company Limited currently has 4 production facilities in Lam Dong, with nearly 4,000 regular employees.

The Executive Board of the Trade Union always closely coordinates with the Board of Directors of the company in taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

Notably, the cultural and sports movement launched by the union has always been strongly responded to. At each union group, volleyball, football, table tennis, and badminton teams are maintained to practice regularly; at the same time, the union also organizes exchanges between departments on weekends, holidays, and Tet.

According to Mr. Huy, organizing cultural and sports activities aims to create a healthy playground, helping union members and workers improve their health and bond.

"We always strive to organize practical activities so that the company is not only a workplace, but also a space for union members and workers to enjoy a more cultural and spiritual life," Mr. Huy shared.
