According to the Tra Vinh Provincial Federation of Labor, in recent times, trade unions at all levels in the province have not only proactively monitored the law, ensuring benefits on wages, insurance, and labor safety, but have also actively listened to and resolved difficulties, while practically supporting the material life of workers.
The bright spot in the activities of Tra Vinh Trade Union is the deep concern for the lives of workers, especially those in difficult circumstances. A typical example is the case of Ms. Son Thi Ngoc May - a worker in Long Duc Industrial Park - who could not help but be moved when receiving a Trade Union Shelter house with the support of the Provincial Federation of Labor and union members.

In particular, the game show "Tan ca vui - khoe" received enthusiastic response from many workers. This playground not only brings refreshing entertainment moments but also creates opportunities for exchange and mutual learning between units and businesses.
Worker Nguyen Thanh Huy said that in addition to playing and receiving gifts from game shows, the Trade Union also disseminated to him more clearly the provisions of the law on labor, the law on social insurance, etc.
"Thanks to that, we workers have a better understanding of our rights and know how to protect those rights when necessary" - Mr. Huy shared more.

According to Ms. Chung, in 2025, the Tra Vinh Provincial Federation of Labor strives to complete the target of 75 Trade Union Shelters, while supporting the organization of the game show "Tan ca vui - dep" to companies and businesses in need.
With the motto "Where there are workers, there is a Trade Union organization", the Tra Vinh Provincial Federation of Labor constantly strives to expand and strengthen the grassroots Trade Union network, ensuring the rights of workers in all types of enterprises.
