Trade Union organizes team building to connect workers
HCMC - Team building activities organized by the union have attracted and created a collective bond among workers in the enterprise.
On December 20, the DIC Group Trade Union (HCMC) organized a team building activity in a group of union members and workers working in Vung Tau.
This is an activity in the event "DIC Family Day 2025" with the theme "5T - Connecting to create success". The activity took place in an exciting, enthusiastic and energetic atmosphere, attracting the enthusiastic participation of many union members and workers.
In team building activities, the challenges are creatively designed, associated with the 5 core values of DIC culture (Self-u steadfastness - Speed - Dedication - Trust - Loyalty), bringing meaningful experiences to the participants.
According to the DIC Group Trade Union, this is not only a collective mobilization activity, but also an opportunity to spread the spirit of solidarity and cohesion, affirming the collective strength and cultural identity of the enterprise on the journey of sustainable development.
