170 million VND unexpectedly into account, security guards find the person to return it
Lam Dong - Unexpectedly receiving a large amount of money into the account, security guards waited for the contact to receive it back but could not find it, so they asked the police to guide them to return it.
On the morning of July 17, Ham Thuan Nam Commune Police, Lam Dong Province, said that they had instructed a security guard to go to the bank to return the money transferred by mistake.
Mr. Huynh Tan Tri (born in 1980, residing in Lap Binh village, Ham Thuan Nam commune) is a security guard at a company in this commune. Mr. Tri's account suddenly received the amount of 170 million VND transferred but it is unknown from whom.
After 1 week, I still haven't seen anyone contact to claim a refund. And because the security guard work required him to work continuously, Mr. Tri still waited for the person who transferred the money by mistake to contact him but could not find him.
Taking advantage of his leave, Mr. Tri went to Ham Thuan Nam Commune Police to ask for instructions on how to return the money transferred by mistake. The police instructed Mr. Tri to go to the bank to complete the procedures to transfer the money back to the person who transferred it by mistake.
After being instructed, despite heavy rain, Mr. Tri traveled 20km to the bank branch to complete the procedures to return the money transferred by mistake to the owner.
