The deadline for voluntary social insurance payment for employees is from July 1

Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 36 of the Law on Social Insurance 2024, there are regulations on the period of voluntary social insurance payment for employees: Within month for monthly payment method; Within 3 months for monthly payment method;

In the first 4 months for the method of paying every 6 months; In the first 7 months for the method of paying every 12 months; At the time of registration for the method of payment and the monthly income level is the basis for payment in the case specified in Point d, Clause 2, Article 36 of the Law on Social Insurance 2024;

At the time of registration of the payment method and the monthly income level as the basis for payment in cases specified in Point e, Clause 2, Article 36 of the Law on Social Insurance 2024, the earliest is the month immediately preceding the month in which the employee reaches the prescribed retirement age.
