Ninh Binh organizes propaganda about the election of 16th National Assembly deputies

At the conference, delegates were informed and implemented the Resolution of the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) focuses on innovating the content and methods of operation. Well perform the functions and tasks of the trade union organization, focusing on representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

Continue to innovate and be creative in propaganda, mobilization and organization of patriotic emulation movements. Complete the organizational model and apparatus, focus resources on building a team of union cadres who are streamlined, strong, and capable, adapting to meet the requirements of the digital age, contributing to building a strong union organization, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province and the country.

The Congress Resolution also agreed on 12 main targets, 3 breakthroughs, 8 groups of tasks and key solutions.

The Provincial Federation of Labor proposes that after the conference, trade union organizations in the province should base on the actual situation at the unit to develop programs and plans to implement the Resolution of the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, in conjunction with implementing the resolutions of their trade union congresses; deploy propaganda and dissemination of the resolutions to all union members and workers at the unit and enterprise.

At the conference, delegates also listened to the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee grasp the purpose, significance, and importance of the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

The content and form of propaganda about the election are for union officials to grasp, thereby communicating to workers and laborers in the unit.
