The forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party" listens to the voices of the grassroots

On the night of September 4, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor solemnly organized the forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party". This is an activity towards the 20th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

The program was attended by Mr. Mai Xuan Liem - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Vo Manh Son - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches, provincial Federations of Labor, enterprises and a large number of union members and workers.

In his opening speech, Mr. Vo Manh Son said that through the forum, workers in the province were able to express their thoughts and feelings to the Party committees and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, thereby making positive contributions to the implementation of the province's growth and development goals.

Mr. Son emphasized: The forum was held before the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, as an opportunity for each cadre, union member, worker, civil servant, and laborers to demonstrate their central role in the cause of national development, promote the intelligence, spirit of innovation, creativity, and accompany the profession in the journey of creating and developing sustainably of the unit and enterprise.

According to the Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the forum is not only an annual dialogue activity but also a democratic mechanism, demonstrating the political responsibility of the Party organization, government and trade union organization in listening to and responding to the voices from the grassroots and from workers.

At the forum, cadres, union members and workers interacted and listened to the sharing of representatives of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Federation of Labor, enterprises and party members working at companies and factories. At the same time, workers also raised questions, opinions, and problems to send to the forum and were recognized and thoroughly answered by the leaders of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

Also at the forum, representatives of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to union members, outstanding workers and workers in difficult circumstances.
