Honoring 8 "Our union officials"
HCMC - The Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics honors 8 individuals who achieved the title of "Our Trade Union Official" at the grassroots level in 2025.
The Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) Trade Union has just held a conference to review activities in the first 6 months of 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Thien Duy - Chairman of theUEH Trade Union - said that in the first 6 months of 2025, theUEH Trade Union has carried out many meaningful activities, caring for union members and workers and always accompanyingUEH's sustainable development strategy in building a happy university culture, spreading diverse, fair and integrated values.
Activities focus on key topics such as: Improving working motivation through commendation and reward work; co-creating a modern, fair and integrated working environment; affirming the role of connection, social responsibility and professionalization of trade union activities; enhancing capacity building, updating policies for cadres, union members, civil servants and workers; taking care of physical health, improving the cultural and spiritual life of union members, public employees and workers.
On this occasion, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - presented the "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union organization" Medal to Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh, Director of UEH. UEH Trade Union honors 8 individuals who achieved the title of "Our Trade Union Official" at the grassroots level in 2025.
