The grassroots trade union said that since the beginning of 2025, the unit has launched movements, especially emulation of good workers to achieve achievements to celebrate the country's major holidays and welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party. Notably, during the emulation process, the Trade Union discovered many workers with initiatives that benefited businesses. In safety work, there is an initiative to install automatic water spraying for the vacuum cleaning system of Mr. Dao Dinh Tho - Head of Safety Department. I researched the initiative to install automatic fire detectors and water spraying. If a ray of fire is detected, the sensor will immediately turn off the vacuum cleaner and spray water to put out the fire, keeping the factory safe. My initiative has been applied by the company to contribute to ensuring the safety of the factory," said Mr. Dao Dinh Tho.

In the maintenance department, Mr. Ho Dac Hung invented a low-chassis car with 4 flexible spinning wheels. This vehicle helps to load goods quickly and is safer when loaded onto a regular pallet. In the warehouse department, workers are aware of saving raw materials. Ms. Tran Thi Truc Ly (35 years old, from Hau Giang) has an initiative to take advantage of excess wood to make pallets of goods.

The Trade Union said that each labor force competing in production wants to contribute a small part to the socio-economic development of the country at the same time, making achievements to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Representing more than 1,000 workers in the enterprise, Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Asia Technology Joint Stock Company, also expressed her hope that the 14th National Party Congress will fully and specifically institutionalize the important resolutions issued by the Central Committee in recent times.

I hope the 14th National Party Congress will create an exciting atmosphere, strengthening society's trust in the guidelines and policies of the Party and the State. At the same time, the Congress will issue decisions in many areas, including policies focusing on developing the private economy, creating more conditions for FDI enterprises to develop and build a health education system in large cities. In addition, additional policies will be developed to support workers in industrial parks and large urban areas of the country. In particular, focusing on developing affordable housing and social housing for workers, including the Northern area of Ho Chi Minh City.
