Female union members and workers affirm their roles in all fields

With the spirit of "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism must compete", female union members and workers of Agribank always actively respond to emulation movements launched by experts and trade unions, especially the movement "Good at banking, Good at housework", achieving achievements to celebrate Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; contributing with Agribank to successfully complete the political tasks of the system.

The characteristic of banking activities is currency trading and banking services. To meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, in the cause of industrialization, modernization of the country, competition and integration, female union members and workers of Agribank have continuously studied, improved their qualifications and knowledge in all aspects to promptly grasp and apply science and technology in life.

Regarding credit activities, determining the top task of serving the production and business development needs of economic sectors, especially agricultural, farmer and rural areas, women are not afraid of hardship, whether in economic centers or in remote areas. They always fully meet the capital needs of businesses and people, contributing to the unit and the entire system in completing the annual business plan.

In the field of developing utility products and services, increasing the proportion of non-credit revenue according to Agribank's long-term strategic orientation, female union members and workers always learn and constantly explore, create, grasp development trends, research and apply advanced achievements of technology, actively participate in Agribank's Digital Transformation Plan. The women had many topics, initiatives, and technical improvements, from the grassroots to the industry level, many topics were applied in practice, bringing economic efficiency to the unit.

To meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation, the period of industrialization, modernization of the country, competition and integration and with the characteristics of the bank being currency trading and banking services, female union members and employees of Agribank constantly study, improve their qualifications and knowledge in all aspects. Thereby, they grasp and apply science and technology, contributing to the successful completion of their tasks regardless of their field of work.
