More than 85,000 Hai Phong employees respond to the Creative Labor movement
Hai Phong - In 2025, 2,380 initiatives and improvements of the city's workers were recognized, of which 162 initiatives proposed to be considered for the Creative Labor Certificate.
"At least 5,000 initiatives are applied in production, business and work, at least 200 initiatives are awarded the Creative Labor Certificate" is one of the targets for the 2025-2030 term set by the Hai Phong City Labor Federation.
According to the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, in the 2023-2025 period, the "Good workers, Creative workers" movement attracted over 85,000 employees to participate and register for 6,759 initiatives, of which thousands of initiatives were applied to production and business practices. The city has organized the installation of signs for 115 works and products to celebrate important events, including 37 city-level works.
In particular, 412 topics and initiatives were recognized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the Certificate of "Creative Labor". The "Green - Clean - Beautiful, Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" movement is implemented in 100% of enterprises, administrative units, and public service units with trade unions, thereby contributing to improving working conditions and taking care of workers' health.
In 2025 alone, the emulation movement in Hai Phong will continue to maintain a vibrant and profound atmosphere. The whole city has over 57,000 union members and workers registered to compete; implemented 97 projects and products to celebrate major holidays, many projects worth tens of billions of VND, clearly demonstrating the pioneering role of the working class and trade union organizations in the fields of socio-economic development. The initiative movement has 2,380 recognized technical innovation initiatives, of which 162 initiatives were proposed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to be awarded the Creative Labor Certificate.
