Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union has 4,021 grassroots-level topics and initiatives in 2025

According to the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology (CĐKHCN), in 2025, trade unions at all levels coordinate professionally at the same level to effectively organize emulation movements and campaigns launched by higher-level trade unions and sectors.

The focus of the emulation is the movement "Application of digital technology, artificial intelligence to work better", the movement "The whole country emulation for innovation and digital transformation". Trade union levels launched union members and workers (ĐVNLĐ) to apply digital technology in operation and work resolution with the goal of reducing workload and increasing labor productivity, positively impacting the production and business activities of units.

Emulation and commendation work continues to be innovated, ensuring practicality and efficiency; commending, honoring, and replicating advanced examples, on the basis of promoting the achieved results, creating new ways of doing things that have attracted a large number of union members and workers to respond and participate. In particular, in 2025, a successful ceremony was organized to honor typical workers in 2024 and commend outstanding trade union officials in the period 2023 - 2025 with the theme "Journey of Aspirations 2025"...

In 2025, CĐKHCN had 4,021 grassroots-level topics and initiatives, 58 industry-level topics thanks to the emulation and commendation launching work continuing to be innovated, ensuring practicality and effectiveness.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded emulation flags to 10 collectives, and Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives and 81 individuals of the Science and Technology Trade Union for their excellent emulation results.
