79 employees of Hai Phong City received the 2024 Creative Labor Certificate
Hai Phong - On the morning of July 31, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong attended a conference to commend Creative Workers and Good Workers in 2024.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation - said that in recent years, under the leadership of the City Party Committee and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the coordination and facilitation of authorities at all levels and the active response of union members and workers, patriotic emulation movements launched by the Trade Union have increasingly gone into depth and achieved practical results.
The emulation movement "Good workers - Creative workers" has encouraged tens of thousands of employees to actively research, innovate, and be creative in labor, production, and work. Thereby, thousands of initiatives, technical improvements, and production rationalization have been born, contributing to improving productivity, quality, labor efficiency and competitiveness of businesses and the city.
In addition, the "Green - Clean - Beautiful, Ensuring Occupational Safety and Hygiene" movement has contributed to raising awareness of responsibility in improving the working environment, preventing occupational accidents and diseases; building a friendly, harmonious and progressive working environment.
The Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation hopes that exemplary examples will continue to shine and spread in the working community, contributing to building the Hai Phong labor force "In intellectual - brave - Creative - Integrated", meeting the requirements of city development in the new period.
At the conference, 11 individuals were honored to receive the Medal "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union organization"; 79 individuals received the Creative Labor Certificate from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 93 individuals were awarded the Certificate of Merit for Excellent Labor by the City People's Committee and the City Labor Federation.
The City Labor Federation also awarded emulation flags to 10 collectives, certificates of merit to 36 collectives, and 54 individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Green - Clean - Beautiful, Ensuring occupational safety and health" movement in the period of 2020-2025.
