Dong Nai - Tam Long Vang Charity Fund presented support to 5 workers who had work accidents in Vinh Cuu district.
On the afternoon of May 30, the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund in coordination with the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, the Vinh Cuu District Federation of Labor and the Trade Union of Phuong Nam Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company visited the homes of 5 workers who had a work accident on May 26 at Phuong Nam Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company (Tan An Commune, Vinh Cuu District).
As noted by the reporter, 3 workers were injured in the occupational accident, Dang Cao Hien (44 years old, living in Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province), Nguyen Tan Huy (34 years old) and Le Van Ngoc (40 years old, living in Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai) - currently discharged from the hospital and stable health. At the home of the injured workers in the occupational accident, representatives of the Dong Nai Labor Federation, the Labor Federation of Vinh Cuu district visited and encouraged workers to rest, soon returned to work.
At the workers' homes, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters represented the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund to give support to 3 injured workers, worth 5 million VND/case.
For the two cases of workers' deaths, the delegation also visited and encouraged the family to overcome the difficult situation soon; at the same time, presented support to the family representative of the two deceased workers, N.L.S. (38 years old, living in Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province) and N.H.Q.L. (26 years old, residing in Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province), worth 10 million VND/case.
It is known that the family of the deceased worker is N.L.S. Currently, life is very difficult, worker S.'s wife is raising 5 young children, and the house is also very dilapidated.
Workers injured in work accidents and representatives of the families of the workers who died sent their thanks to the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund and all levels of trade unions in Dong Nai province.
Previously, a work accident occurred at around 1:00 a.m. on May 26 at Phuong Nam Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company (Tan An Commune, Vinh Cuu District) killing 2 workers and injuring 3 workers. Currently, Dong Nai Provincial Police are urgently investigating to clarify the cause of the incident.
