LD26040: Heartbreaking situation of a family of 3 who died on a fateful spring trip
Lam Dong - The situation of three people in a family dying while visiting Tet is extremely painful, leaving a 16-year-old son alone, without a place to rely on.
Specializing in fateful spring travel
In the early morning of February 19, the charity ambulance of SOS Bao Loc Team (Lam Dong) traveled nearly 200km to bring the bodies of the 3 victims from Bao Lam Regional Medical Center to Krong No commune (Dak Lak) for their families to prepare for the funeral.
The three victims include Mr. Nong Van Tuan (40 years old), Ms. Long Thi Huyen (40 years old, Mr. Tuan's wife) and Nong Hai Lam (10 years old, son).
They were injured in a traffic accident that occurred on the afternoon of the 2nd day of Tet - making the spring trip fateful.

Previously, at about 2:30 pm on February 18, a car driven by driver Huynh Hung (30 years old, residing in B'Lao ward, Lam Dong) was traveling on National Highway 28 in the direction from Bao Lam 5 commune to Dong Gia Nghia ward (old Dak Nong).
When arriving at the section passing through Loc Bao village 3 (Bao Lam 5 commune), the car collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. Tuan, carrying his wife and son on the way from Dak Lak to Lam Dong to wish Tet.
The collision caused Mr. Tuan to die on the spot. Ms. Huyen and baby Lam were taken to the emergency room in critical condition but did not survive.
At the small house with corrugated iron roof and walls that have not been plastered yet in Krong No commune, a mournful and heartbreaking atmosphere enveloped. Relatives choked up welcoming the victims back.
Nong Long Hai Dang (16 years old) - Mr. Tuan's eldest son - sat silently in the corner of the house, his eyes red, unable to believe the great event that had just befallen the family.

Mr. Nong Van Tien - Mr. Tuan's younger brother - choked up: "Before going to Lam Dong to wish Tet, my brother also said he would come back today to go wish Tet in the village. When I received the bad news, I was stunned. This shock is too great, nothing can compensate for my family.
Very much needs the joint sharing of the community
According to Ms. Pham Kieu Diem My - representative of SOS Bao Loc Team, many years of participating in supporting tragic accidents, but Mr. Tuan's family circumstances still make members feel choked up.
The whole family of three injured together is too great a loss, too heartbreaking. The family situation is also difficult, looking at their first son alone, everyone shed tears," Ms. My shared.
She recounted that when the car carrying the victims' bodies arrived at the alley entrance, Hai Dang rushed out, burst into tears and asked: "My parents and younger brother are going to wish Tet, aren't they, aunts and uncles?". The innocent question amidst the immense pain made many members of the team speechless.
Understanding that situation, the SOS Bao Loc Team called on philanthropists to join hands to support funeral expenses and help Hai Dang continue his studies.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Sy Ty - Head of Bao Lam 5 Commune Police (Lam Dong) - said that the unit has been and is mobilizing philanthropists to support the family to share the pain and help the family overcome the difficult period ahead.
The upheaval that struck in the first days of the new year made the small house even more deserted. In front of Hai Dang is a long journey without parents and younger brother.
Dang really needs the community's cooperation to add strength, help him have the conditions to continue going to school and overcome this great loss.
