Requirements for medical expertise for medical staff in enterprises
Requirements for medical expertise for medical staff in enterprises are based on Decree 39/2016/ND-CP.
Clause 3, Article 37 of Decree 39/2016/ND-CP stipulates the requirements for medical staff in enterprises as follows:
Organizing the medical department
The organization of the health department as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 73 of the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene is regulated as follows:

3. People working in health care at facilities specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article must meet the following conditions:
a) Have a medical professional qualification including: doctor, preventive medicine doctor, bachelor of Nursing, nursing, Secondary Nursing, student health;
b) Having a professional certificate in occupational health.
...
Accordingly, the requirements for medical staff in enterprises are as follows:
- Have professional qualifications in health: doctors, preventive medicine doctors, bachelor's degrees in nursing, nursing, secondary school nursing, student care;
- Have a professional certificate in occupational health.
