Recruiting 3,070 workers to industrial parks in Hai Phong
Hai Phong - The Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board has just informed the recruitment needs of enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones in the first phase of May 2025.
According to information from the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, in the first phase of May, 22 enterprises in industrial parks had recruitment needs with a total of 3,070 workers.
Among these, red red wine Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VSIP industrial park), specializing in the production of clothes, underwear, masks, and protective clothing, has the largest recruitment demand with 975 workers, mainly unskilled workers. Since the beginning of 2025, this company has also recruited more than 3,000 workers.
Next is Toyoda Gosei Hai Phong Company Limited (Japan - Hai Phong Industrial Park), specializing in the production of airbags and steering wheel for cars that need to recruit 725 workers; HMT Hai Phong New Materials Technology Company Limited (An Duong Industrial Park) also recruited 500 workers in this period. Baoshen Vietnam Printing Co., Ltd. (Trang Due Industrial Park) recruits 250 workers; Nam Cham Shin-Etsu Vietnam Materials Co., Ltd. (Dinh Vu Industrial Park) recruits 200 workers... The remaining enterprises recruit less than 100 workers.
In terms of qualifications, out of 3,070 workers in need of recruitment, workers with qualifications and degrees account for more than 12% of the total demand, the rest are unskilled workers. Compared to the previous recruitment, the recruitment demand of businesses has decreased slightly. Previously, in the second phase of April, 34 information enterprises recruited 3,889 workers.
