From September 3, workers in Hanoi submitted unemployment insurance documents at the one-stop department
From September 3, 2025, employees who submit their direct unemployment insurance applications will be accepted at the Hanoi Employment Service Center One-Stop Department.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center has just announced the reorganization of the reception and return of results department according to the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures.
Accordingly, from September 3, 2025, employees who need to submit unemployment insurance (UI) applications directly will be accepted at the One-stop Department of the Hanoi Employment Service Center.
From August 31, 2025, the reception and return of results department in Ha Dong (144 Tran Phu, Ha Dong ward, Hanoi) will stop operating.
Employees who need to submit their unemployment insurance application directly will be received at: One-stop department of Hanoi Employment Service Center (floor 1 + 2 of house A, number 215 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi).
From September 3, 2025, the Ha Dong Satellite Job Exchange will carry out the following tasks:
Collecting and surveying the recruitment needs of businesses and workers;
Employment consultation, vocational training, labor export and related labor law policies;
Organize job fairs as planned;
Receive monthly job search notices from employees who are receiving unemployment insurance policies according to regulations.
