According to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, from June 1, union fees and union funds will be stopped for union members, grassroots unions of administrative agencies, public service units receiving 100% of state budget salaries, and armed forces (not subject to the gathering of Vietnam Trade Union) - these are units that have ended their operations according to Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee.
Implementing Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated 12.4.2025 of the XIII Party Central Committee, the Presidium of the VGCL has just proposed the central and equivalent trade unions, the Trade Union of the Corporation under the VGCL conducted the arrangement, dissolution, downgrading, terminating the operation of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Trade Union inspection committee of the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union directly affected by the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union, the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union, the Union of the Union of the Union, the Union of the Union of the Union of the Union, the Union of the Union, the Union of the Union, the Union of the Union, the Business Union, 100% State budget salary, armed forces in the spirit of Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW.

Specialized union officials who are not on the payroll of civil servants should proactively coordinate with employers of the unit or enterprise to propose to the Central Party Committee of the Ministry or branches to arrange appropriate work.
Along with that, the units have done a good job of political and ideological work for cadres, union members, and workers when implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to the general policies of the Party, State, and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The arrangement and dissolution of the organization, ending the activities of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the subordinate trade union inspection committee are under the Central Trade Union Standing Committee and the equivalent, the Trade Union of the Corporation under the VGCL, decided.
