In case the early retirement and severance pay have not been considered
The Hanoi Department of Home Affairs has just issued Official Letter 2529/SNV-SBN regulating cases that have not considered resolving the early retirement and severance pay regime.
Based on sub-section 4, Section II of Official Dispatch 2529/SNV-SBN in 2025, the policy and regime for early retirement and termination of employment will not be considered for the following cases:
Women who are pregnant, on maternity leave, or raising children under 36 months old, except for cases where individuals voluntarily retire.
Those who are under disciplinary review or criminal prosecution or are being inspected or examined for signs of violations.
Officials working (not holding leadership or management positions or head or deputy head) at public service units in the fields of Health, Education, and Home Affairs are affected by the reorganization of the apparatus but have not yet ensured the number of employees according to the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade Management.
