In April 2025, Hanoi successfully connected jobs for 795 workers

On May 8, Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center (Center) - said that in April 2025, the Center will organize 22 job fairs (GDVL). Of which, 17 daily job training sessions; 4 online job training sessions connecting 7 northern provinces and cities and 1 part-time job session.

Thereby, the Center has consulted 43,253 employees and 1,764 businesses. The total number of workers recruited through the sessions is 795 people; 3,994 people are introduced to jobs.

The total number of participating units in recruitment is 734 with 18,745 recruitment targets; 13,722 workers are consulted and provided with labor market information; 3,411 workers are interviewed and connected to jobs.

According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh, in the first 4 months of 2025, the city created jobs for more than 88,000 workers, reaching 52.1% of the annual plan, an increase of 29.9% over the same period in 2024.

10,300 workers received jobs after interviews at sessions, job exchanges, and employment service centers; 947 workers were created jobs through labor export; 44,300 workers were created jobs through businesses and other forms.
