Tay Ninh strengthens training for social insurance and health insurance collectors in Can Duoc and Can Giuoc communes

In Can Duoc commune (Tay Ninh province), the provincial Social Insurance has just coordinated with the grassroots Social Insurance to organize a training conference for staff and employees of voluntary social insurance and health insurance collection services for households in Can Duoc and Can Giuoc areas.

A notable point is the conference focusing on disseminating new contents of the Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15 and the Health Insurance Law No. 51/2024/QH15. This is an important preparation step for officers and service staff to promptly grasp the regulations, while flexibly applying them in propaganda work, mobilizing people to participate.

Through the discussion, many practical problems were resolved, contributing to unifying the process, limiting errors when implementing locally.

Not only stopping at updating knowledge, the conference also creates an environment for exchanging experiences, helping the team directly contacted with people to have more skills, confidence and responsibility in work.
