During the Lunar New Year, Cao Bang still has 117 enterprises that are late in paying insurance

On January 12, information from Cao Bang Social Insurance (BHXH) said that as of December 31, 2025, the whole province had 117 enterprises that were 3 months or more late in paying insurance with an amount of 11.6 billion VND, down 78 units and down 2.3 billion VND compared to November 2025.

In the context of the approaching Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo, many businesses are late in paying and owe insurance, causing many workers to worry.

Enterprises in the difficult-to-receive group alone have owed 7.2 billion VND (27 enterprises), many cases of companies being late in paying for many years.

These include names such as Viet Trung Coal and Mineral Industries Company, Branch of Vietnam Minerals and Metallurgy Joint Stock Company in Cao Bang, Mountainous Development Investment Joint Stock Company, Cao Bang branch...

Faced with the increasing outstanding debt, Cao Bang Social Insurance has increased urging, coordinating with relevant agencies and stepping up propaganda. Thanks to that, by the end of December 2025, the accumulated revenue reached VND 1,835 billion, equal to 104.6% of the estimated revenue assigned in 2025.

Cao Bang Social Insurance said that the delay in payment has directly affected the rights of employees when handling sick leave, maternity, unemployment benefits or when closing the books.

For enterprises that deliberately delay, the Social Insurance agency will complete the dossier and transfer it to the competent authority for handling according to regulations.

The list of 117 units with insurance debts has been publicly announced to increase transparency, promote units to quickly overcome, ensure the rights of employees and order in implementing social security policies in the province.
