The demand for unskilled labor recruitment accounts for nearly 56%

According to information from the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center, in May 2025, businesses and units in the city will need to recruit 10,026 jobs through this center.

Of which, the demand for unskilled labor recruitment is 5,605 people, accounting for 55.9% of the total recruitment demand, the highest in all fields and occupations. Next is the food and beverage industry with 651 people, accounting for 6.49% of total demand.

With a recruitment demand of 612 people, accounting for 6.1%, the footwear and garment industry ranked third in terms of the number of recruitment demand in May in Ho Chi Minh City.

The lowest recruitment demand in May was in the health sector, with only 6 people, accounting for 0.06% of total demand.
